Counseling Services

Brief counseling is available in the Wellness Center.  Please call 619-849-2574 to schedule a counseling appointment for:

• individual counseling
• group support
• crisis intervention
• off campus referrals

Referral System
The Wellness Center staff has a list of mental health practitioners in the San Diego area.

Nutrition Counseling
Referrals are made to a registered dietitian who is available by phone to set up individual appointments for a fee-based consultation. Students may utilize their insurance coverage for this service.

Massage Therapy

A massage therapist is available to provide chair massage for stress reduction. This is a fee-based service ($1 per minute) by appointment.

The Wellness Center also has counselor and psychiatric referrals in the San Diego area.
